Most field work, including house staking and form checks, is completed on the next business day following the order. Production time on permit
surveys vary by type, but typically house location
plans / plot plans are completed in less than 3
business days. Foundation and final surveys are
processed in 5 business days unless requested
otherwise.

Do you offer volume price discounts?

Most definitely...our pricing is tiered based on the anticipated order volume of a prospective client.

Do you charge additional fees for red-line revisions from County comments on permit drawings?

The revisions (if needed) are included in our base fee; therefore, there are no hidden costs.

My lot is in a flood zone. Will I need to purchase flood insurance?

This depends on the type of flood. Engineered flood differs from Zone A FEMA flood. FEMA flood requires insurance. Engineered flood around non-FEMA areas does not require insurance.
