Stacy L. Carter CEO For more than 23 years, Stacy Carter has led the evolution of Carter Land Surveyors & Planners. From her initial positions as intern to the eventual CEO role in 1991, she has been a driving force promoting this unique niche of production builder services. Her civil engineering training from Georgia Tech reinforced with Math and Statistics degrees from Mercer University have provided strong technical support to clients. Stacy's belief in team-building and hiring "only the best" has yielded a staff that has transformed the land surveying industry's standards that define production builder services.

With more than 35 years in all facets of construction surveying, we clearly understand the needs of production residential builders. We have experienced and resolved countless site and survey issues. By utilizing the most recent technology, we have improved our client's cycle time in providing accurate quality services more efficiently than our competitors.

Community Involvement

We believe that it is important for us as a company to play an active role in giving back to the community. Working with the Texas Housing Assistance Program and other disaster relief programs, we focus on
assisting municipalities and builders re-build homes in the aftermath of hurricanes.

Each year our company generously supports the March of Dimes, the American Cancer Society, and Habitat for Humanity. Our involvement with the HBA Builder's Care Council has assisted with numerous renovation projects on the homes of the elderly and disabled adults. To educate students about the field of surveying, our staff participates on Career Day to speak and provide interactive demonstrations. Carter Land also helps sponsor local events and groups such as the Duluth Fall Festival, Sports Teams, and Church groups.

Carter Land maintains an active role in Home Builders Associations in Georgia, Texas and the Carolinas. As a member, we strive to stay up-to-date on policies, issues, and concerns that face the Home Building Industry in our region.
